This value corresponds to the probability of z scores below our z score, or values between z = 0.0 and z = .57 plus all the values with z <0.0 (50% of the distribution).  Thus, 71.57% of scores fall in this range.   This is equivalent to the probability of observing a sample mean at or below our sample mean of 580.   However, we want to know the probability of a z-score at or above .57. 

Hint:  Since we that 71.57% of the scores fall below z = .57, we can use subtraction to find what we want.
