New applets are written in JavaScript. To avoid security warnings, we are in the process of rewriting older applets that were written in Java. The older applets work fine but you may need to follow special procedures to allow Java to run them. Google Chrome no longer supports Java, but Internet Explorer (PC) and Safari (Mac) do.
Professor Dale Berger continues to lead the WISE project, although he formally retired in 2015. Professor Andrew Conway and Max Drascher joined the WISE team in August 2015.
